Obamacare open enrollment begins on Tuesday.

Some consumers are bracing themselves for sharp increases in premiums, and others are preparing to go with different insurers and different doctors. Although premiums are increasing in many cases, the tax credit Obamacare participants receive is also increasing as well as the number of covered doctor visits.
