On November 22nd Wichita Falls Mayor Glenn Barham will walk into council chambers one final time as the leader of the city.

“If I could have run one more term I would have,” Mayor Barham said. “But the community decided several years ago that they wanted term limits for their mayor and city council. And we all knew that going in.”
