Thanksgiving is about family, football and food.

Every year many airmen at Sheppard Air Force Base have to spend the holidays alone; enter Operation Thanksgiving.
“I know how I would feel if it was my son or my husband that was not able to be with us during Thanksgiving,” Jennifer Cooper, a family member said. “I would want them to have a special thanksgiving also.”
